Duties 

-- Sourcing leather according to the brand instruction.

--Work together with the product development team to development the leather according to the construction of the finished product.
--Train and monitor tannery to meet with the brand’s specification/limitation on the physical and chemical requirement.

Duties 

--To find suitable suppliers/factories for hard Home decor categories;

--To work with the merchandising team for order follow up and processing; 
--Work and communicate with buyers as needed; 

--Assist in developing seasonal merchandising strategies and prioritize tasks to support market strategy;
--Communicate departmental seasonal strategies to design and cross functional merchandising team to ensure they support long term departmental goals;
--Rank styles based on historical and current product performance and identify redundancies in the product assortment.
